Quality Management
AAR has the capacity to provide construction quality assurance and quality control services for public, private, and infrastructure projects. Our previous experiences include small and mega design build and bid build transportation infrastructure projects with Washington Department of Transportation, Sound Transit, Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), and Port of Seattle.
Special Inspection
Under the guidelines of the project Jurisdictional Authorities, the International Building Code (IBC) Special Inspection and Materials testing services are to be performed by an approved agency. Our office is a Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) registered agency and our labs are accredited by American Association of Highway Transportation Officials (AAHSTO).
Materials Testing
Our Redmond and Wenatchee locations are AASHTO accredited laboratories. Our laboratories are equipped to test soils, aggregates, asphalt, cement grout, masonry, concrete, and other construction material testing. Our staff regularly renew their certifications thought ACI and WAQTC to stay up to date with the codes and standards used throughout the construction industry.
