GCAP mission is to assist Oregon small businesses to succeed in obtaining Government Contracts, which stimulate the growth of Oregon's economy. For over 30 years GCAP has assisted Oregon small businesses in creating jobs, fostering economic diversity, and becoming successful government contractors.  Idaho APEX can help you tap into the federal/state marketplace. APEX tracks local, state, and federal bid opportunities, and alerts you to those that match your product and service profile. APEX registration is free and we offer workshops and one-on-one trainings to get you started.  American Indian APEX works with Native American businesses and Tribal enterprises to help businesses pursue and perform under contracts with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local governments and with government prime contractors. We do this by providing confidential, no cost, one-on-one counseling to small businesses throughout three Bureau of Indian Regions (Pacific, Western, and the Northwest) All APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
