In early 2018, Vigor leadership began a recapitalization process to replace its existing investor capital with new long term capital with global reach. The goal was to find a partner aligned with our cultural values and a long term interest in strengthening and growing Vigor. We found that partner in 2019 with the acquisition of Vigor by The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Management. Their demonstrated history of performance executing strategies that drive growth and operational performance was the perfect fit to take Vigor into a more robust future.
