SharedWork allows employers to reduce payroll by cutting hours instead of jobs. For employees, they do not have to look for other work to receive unemployment benefits. Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program
Washington employers can receive a tax credit up to $9,600 per qualifying new employee during the first year of employment. Timely filing is required. To apply, the employer must submit IRS Form 8850 and ETA Form 9061 within 28 calendar days of the employee's start date.
WOTC is a tax incentive program that rewards employers for hiring certain job seekers that help them become self-sufficient.

Federal Bonding Program
Fidelity Bonds reassure and provide an incentive to employers to hire justice-involved job seekers.
• Free of charge, zero deductible bonds
