Supporting mission readiness for those who protect and maintain our freedom has been a focus of our Federal practice for over 50 years. P2S Inc. provides a full range of engineering services in prime and subconsultant roles for the repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, and additions to facilities for the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Navy, US Coast Guard, General Administration Services, and other federal agencies. These efforts total more than $3 billion in federal construction with design solutions that meet anti-terrorism/force protection requirements and federal sustainability policies. Our geographic experience spans every region of the United States with hundreds of projects performed in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii.

P2S has six offices in Long Beach, Seattle, San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Jose. Nearly 280 professionals provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and fire protection engineering from site assessments and planning studies to fully designed drawings and specifications to post-construction award services (PCAS) as well as commissioning and construction management services. Our engineering capabilities and experience include designs for a wide range of complexity including utility systems, waterfront infrastructure, active airfields, building designs (offices, shops, healthcare clinics and hospitals, barracks, operations centers), and industrial type facilities. These projects have involved low security facilities as well as high level security facilities. We have an extensive knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs) and apply those criteria for all designs conducted for our Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security clients.
