The Use of AI in Salary Surveys: A Practical Application in a Professional Services Firm

Seeking to optimize the validation process necessary for conducting its salary surveys and to improve the participation experience of its clients, Normandin Beaudry worked with artificial intelligence experts from IVADO Labs on the development of a complex AI solution (GenAI, clustering, synthetic training data, etc.) over the past year. Currently in deployment, this model not only meets the predefined expectations of the project but also provides several future perspectives for adding value to the consulting services of Normandin Beaudry.
