In this session, the speakers will discuss how KNX intelligent building technology can support a sustainable and future proof project. Gira together with Nick Shipp Architects, Hoare Lea and Marquee Homes will be presenting the case study, “Essoldo House” located in King’s Road, Chelsea.
Essoldo House is a mixed-use development incorporating three retail units, an Everyman Cinema, with a further 11 luxury residential apartments located above.
Achieving a BREEAM excellent rating, the development has integrated sustainable features set within a dense urban context. The team will give an insight into the key roles they played in the emergence of this intelligent development and how the new structure successfully contributes to its local environment.
