Founded by Julian Broster and Stephen O'Malley nearly 10 years ago, our 160 strong team based in London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow have extensive experience of delivering projects that help to create and transform buildings, neighbourhoods and cities and bring significant economic, social and environmental benefits for those who live, work and visit them.
We are experts in engineering complex retrofit projects. Given climate sensitivity and its protection is a guiding value for everything we do, we take a retrofit approach wherever possible. Our portfolio of retrofit projects across the UK speaks for itself, it includes 80 Strand, 318 Oxford St, Cannon Green, the Mayfield development in Manchester, Rutland Mills in Wakefield, Grade II listed Park Hill in Sheffield and many more.
