We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI models and algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and create solutions that drive innovation and business growth. Responsibilities and Duties: Research, design, and develop state-of-the-art Generative AI models and algorithms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement and optimize deep learning models for generative tasks such as image synthesis, voice generation, and text generation Conduct model training, validation, and evaluation to ensure performance and accuracy Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to acquire and preprocess relevant data for AI model learning Enhance existing Generative AI models by employing techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in Generative AI and contribute to the organization's knowledge base Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bottlenecks related to model performance or deployment Collaborate with software engineers to integrate Generative AI models into production systems Document and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, user guides, and project plans

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI models and algorithms Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and other generative techniques Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in machine learning and neural networks Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
