This role is that of an AI support administrator who will be monitoring what the AI is doing and handling the small percentage of cases that the AI is not able to successfully complete. Additionally, there will be a lot of document labeling and AI training in order to get the AI to learn more of the process and be able to automate it so it doesn't require any manual work. With the power of Stax.ai at your finger tips, you will be able to handle 50 to 100 times the number of documents and cases than a traditional retirement plan administrator. Additionally, in this role as you'll be one of the sole users of the platform. You will also be performing quality assurance tests and helping shape the direction of the platform itself.

Requirements
Required qualifications/experience Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace, especially Excel. Text savvy enough to learn and operate a cloud-based AI platform. Have good communication skills in order to be able to assist customers and the customer success team when needed. Be a very quick learner. Have good critical thinking skills in order to be able to provide valuable suggestions to improve the platform. You must be very organized and collaborate well within your team.
