SottoPelle Therapy SottoPelle Therapy is an all-natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy that specializes in the use of subcutaneous testosterone and estradiol pellets. It was developed in 1992 by the late Dr. Gino Tutera who also created the individualized dosing that is widely used today.
