Curcumin-LD® utilizes a proven delivery mechanism and is standardized highest-potency with 95% organic curcuminoids concentration. Applied liposomal delivery assists the beneficial organic curcuminoids in reaching and entering target cells––making it five-times more bioavailable than traditional curcumin supplements. Unlike some curcumin supplements that contain bioperine (a black pepper extract) to help the curcuminoids cross the gut barrier, Curcumin-LD® does not contain bioperine. Bioperine is likely to irritate the gut lining and impair the tight-junctions––and may inadvertently lead to compromised gut integrity, or leaky gut.
