SmartDrop - Drop Pan Systems

Our remote/app controlled drop pan system is available in three different sizes to serve every machine and customer preference. The red drop pans are nested inside the silver carrier which acts as a cover and therefore our red drop pans does not collect any chaff or kernels before you drop it to take a sample. This is very important when taking your test to get accurate numbers. We are able to collect samples in the swath and cover the full width of the sieves and we do provide you with the calculations for spreading straw and chaff, using our system to catch samples from the side of the machine. When working in tall stubble like hemp or straight cut canola, our 40" system can be securely attached beneath the feederhouse and still work in these conditions. New 20" system for sorghum, corn and research combines available. SmartDrop 2020 - Our new Smart Drop system controls the dropping of the red pans through our Bushel Plus app. This feature let's you know, if and where the pan dropped in the field and brings more piece of mind & convenience when working by yourself or in dusty conditions.
