Producers or consultants in Alberta and Manitoba who purchase a SWAT BOX for mapping in 2020 can resell their unit to Croptimistic (entity operating SWAT MAPS and SWAT BOX). Purchase price of a SWAT BOX is $34,900 CAD + $2000 annual data management fee. Buyback price is $17,500. Farms in Manitoba must have LiDAR coverage to be eligible for the program.
