Global Food and Ingredients Inc. ("GFI") is a fast-growing, wholly Canadian-owned food and ingredients company focused on value-added processing of pulses and specialty crops. GFI’s three processing facilities are located in Saskatchewan, in the heart of Canada’s pulse and specialty crops production. Zealandia ,SK ,Lajord,SK and Vigro (Sedley) ,SK Our facilities are strategically located in key origination areas for red and green lentils, yellow and green peas, chickpeas and other specialty crops. The facilities have independent primary processing lines, capable of cleaning lentils, peas, chickpeas and other specialty crops to export-grade specifications. The facilities are also capable of colour sorting, bagging, bulk loading, transloading and shipping outgoing product by rail or truck. In addition to exporting our own products, GFI also offers toll processing services to other Canadian exporters. Zealandia has just been certified organic !
