SMH Rail, Malaysia wanted to set up wheel shop and HYT took up the challenge of setting up the wheel shop for repairing 15000 wheelsets per annum and provide necessary technical support to SMH Rail. HYT has supplied, installed, commissioned the following major machines like CNC Surface wheel lathe, Axle Journal Turning and Burnishing Machine, Vertical Turret Lathe, 500 Tone Wheel Press, Bearing Assembly and Dis-assembly Equipment.

Having a facility of 16000 Sqm. in Pune, India & with 700 manpower, HYT has supplied over 700 machines like CNC wheel lathes to the Railways, Metros, PSU’s and Private sector. Orders from Gabon, Ghana and South Africa & establishment of our 100% subsidiary in Italy are few of our recent achievements.
