Africa Europe Week

Closing the Africa-Europe Week and on the eve of the 6th EU-AU Summit, the ‘Meet the Leaders’ session will offer a space for open discussion with EU and African decision-makers. After weeks of preparation, young people, civil society, local authorities and the private sector from Africa and Europe will bring key recommendations to the table on the future of the Africa-EU Partnership.
The session will be divided into two discussions:
- ‘Accelerating human development’ (from 13:00 to 14:05 CET) and;
- ‘Accelerating sustainable growth and decent jobs, green and digital transition’ (from 14:20 to 15:50 CET).
It will be the occasion for onsite and online participants of the Africa-Europe Week to make suggestions to the EU and AU leaders shaping the future relations.
Representatives from Youth, CSO, Local Authorities and EU-Africa Business Forum will also participate in the discussion.
