The side event ‘Reflections on a common research and innovation agenda for agroecological transitions of agri-food systems under AU/EU policy frameworks’ will discuss the implications of new EU policy frameworks for Africa-Europe partnerships on the research and innovation (R&I) priorities for agroecological transitions of agri-food systems based on reflections of African stakeholders.
The side event launches a consultation process between INTPA and African partners that aims to identify common research & innovation priorities to support agroecological transitions for sustainable agri-food systems in sub-Saharan Africa, within the context of the current AU and EU policy frameworks.
