In this case study presentation we would like to demonstrate results of a unique site collaboration project.

DM as the greatest nemesis of sites, show up for a the final battle and with confidence and hope the walls were broken down for a common goal - the benefit of the patients and a future seamless collaboration.

In the current, online world it is complicated to build thread of trust between Sites and Sponsors/CROs, especially after pandemic. Collaboration during face to face meetings resulted in multidimensional positive results, that we would be thrilled to present to the wider audience. 

Variety of visited sites and a wide range of selected studies lead us to cross-functional improvements and initiatives with various central departments such as: Programming, Standards, SMO or Centralized Monitoring Team.
