Finding appropriately qualified graduates for data management roles can pose a challenge. Training them and engaging them with the aim of retaining them, an even bigger challenge. So, what’s the secret to a new starters’ engagement and fostering a life-long love of data management? During this presentation, we will delve into what makes a compelling Graduate Program, highlighting the features that we feel makes it a great launch pad for a career in data management. We will examine how we foster skill development and nurture technical qualities.

Whether you are in management, interested in how you can set up or improve your own graduate scheme for data managers; or new to data management yourself and interested in another a new starter’s experience, we hope this presentation will have something for you.
