Volopay

Volopay is an all in one spend management platform where companies can manage employee expenses, software subscriptions, bill payments (domestic, cross-border) with smart Visa corporate cards configured with powerful software. Managers can load budgets in the cards and can distribute them to the employees and can track the expense in real-time through the software or the mobile application. The expenses can later be integrated with major accounting software.

Volopay was founded by two Indian entrepreneurs Rajith Shaji and Rajesh Raikwar. While traveling to offices abroad for business trips, Rajith had to make a list of all the expenses and catch all the receipts respectively. Then he had to check with the finance teams and communicating with them over different time zones made all this process more frustrating.
