NETZSCH offers multiple solutions for the production of Lipsticks, always taking care of the challenging processing requirements: - Lipstick mass and lip balm has its melting point at body-temperature. - The important ingredient „Carnauba Wax“ has its melting point at 88°C - Temperature control device needed - Heatable recirculation + transfer line - Machine has to have good CIP process to ensure color purity - Small production unit desired due to various colors / shades - Production- and Filling room often separated - All product contact parts to be heated to avoid solidification of product - Mobile carrier vessel desired.
