Results: - Pure HA was applied on the skin of 20 individuals and the following parameters were measured instrumentally: skin moisture by using a Corneometer® CM 825 and skin smoothness by using Visioscan VC 20plus. - Results: after only 15 min of application on the face area showed an increase of 19% in the skin moisture and after 4 weeks of use of pure HA an increase in the skin moisture by 45% was measured - Results: after 4 weeks of use of the gel, there was a change in skin smoothness of 16% in the face test area.
