CataloniaBio & HealthTech has more than 160 member companies and leading knowledge stakeholders in research, development and innovation (R&D) in the healthcare and life sciences sector in Catalonia.
We work to help the business world generate new solutions that improve people’s health, as well as positioning Catalonia (alongside ACCIÓ, Biocat and other stakeholders) as one of the top health hubs in the world.
CataloniaBioHT was created in 2017 through the merger of CataloniaBio and the HealthTech Cluster. One of the association’s strengths is that it reflects the transversality of the sector, boosts it as a whole and helps create synergies for the future among start-ups and companies that develop products (biopharmaceutical, medical technology and digital health), service firms (scientific and non-scientific), investors, research centres and hospitals.
