Oculus Content Launch Team - App Review Manager

https://www.facebook.com/careers/v2/jobs/394091335718635/ The Oculus Store Operations team works closely with VR developers to drive successful launches and ultimately connect them with Oculus consumers who are looking for the next big thing. We are seeking individuals who are motivated to work at the forefront of digital content distribution to help scale our app review operations. With the success of the Oculus Quest platform, the team is growing and has opened up a new role to lead the team responsible for reviewing all applications for compliance across technical requirements, data use policies, and content policies. They will support day-to-day operations, mentor the team for career growth, implement product and policy updates, and advocate internally for team and ecosystem needs. In addition, this individual will use their visibility into the ecosystem to contribute to continued refinement opportunities for integrity, ethics, safety, and privacy standards for third party applications on the Oculus platform. In this position, the App Review Manager will interface with internal teams such as Content, Policy, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and Engineering, as well as with external contacts that range from developers to experienced AAA publishers. A successful candidate for this role will have experience optimizing processes and/or managing open platform application stores and the infrastructure upon which they run.
