** This is a CONTRACT position DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Lead the design of Nintendo of America’s DEI training strategy and support its administration and execution. This includes instructional design, facilitation, and overall program management. Partner with external vendors to host ongoing DEI forums. Collaborate with others to determine forum focus areas and identify external guest speakers. Facilitate and/or moderate conversation workshops. Develop communication and change management plans in support of DEI and Talent Management programs. Design and facilitate training to people managers on how to create an inclusive culture which supports our company’s DEI value. Stay regularly updated on current events that may impact our workforce locally and nationally. Bring in new ideas on how to engage employees through dialogue and conversations about DEI topics. Work closely with the overall Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to evaluate and support the needs of the business and create tools and resources that to enhanced DEI efforts. Consult Business Leaders on DEI development needs by understanding the root cause of business needs and working with HRBPs to align on customized approaches. May provide individual coaching as needed. Identify opportunities to leverage data and metrics to inform decisions. Translate data/metrics into compelling stories and business cases to influence without authority. Conducts research and benchmarking in support of talent management and DEI programs and initiatives. Provide consultation, expertise and guidance to support Nintendo’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Assist with and completes other Talent Management projects and duties as assigned.
