Mobile Card Game Developer Needed

I am looking for a game developer or game development studio to help me make Mathic Number into an online and/or mobile gameplay experience with a dedicated website. The website will allow students to play Mathic Number in an intuitive gameplay experience that builds number sense in students and can be monitored and facilitated by teachers. To learn more about the scope of the project, please find the tabletopia version of Mathic Number attached. Though the tabletopia version is workable, I am looking to create a more intuitive gameplay experience preferably in Unity.
