SCJ is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in civil engineering, transportation planning & design, environmental & urban planning, landscape architecture & design, and public outreach.
Founded in Thurston County, we now have eight offices and 115 employees. SCJ serves public and private sector clients, large and small, urban and rural, with foresight and insight, imagination, and perspective.
