Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities - Developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy, including annual planning and budget responsibility - Continuously optimizing existing marketing processes and structures - Designing, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns - Creating and managing content (social media, website, blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, etc.) - Responsibility for email marketing and lead nurturing along the funnel - Maintenance and optimization of our company website (including SEO/AEO and conversion optimization) - Organization of events, webinars, and trade fair appearances - Strengthening our employer brand (employer branding) - Management of rebranding and marketing cooperation projects - Co-design and implementation of the future uniform brand strategy of the Siloy Group in the DACH region - Adaptation of the group strategy to the specifics of the DACH market and translation into concrete marketing measures Your profile - You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification. - You have several years of professional experience in B2B marketing and ideally have already worked in a SaaS or agency environment. - You have in-depth knowledge of CRM-supported marketing (HubSpot experience is an advantage). You also have experience in content creation for text, social media, websites, and videos, and are confident in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs. - You have strong organizational skills and, ideally, have gained experience in event planning and campaign management. - You combine creative thinking with a structured, data-driven approach to work, have a hands-on mentality, show initiative, and are a team player, and you are enthusiastic about AI. - You have strong communication skills in German and English.
