Your field of activity As a Project Manager (all genders), you are responsible for a portfolio of challenging digital projects in the area of Customer Experience (CX) as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at well-known customers and hidden champions You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects, identifying and managing critical paths during the course of the project and reviewing the progress of the project You will be responsible for the success of the project in terms of content as well as budget, resources and reporting to the executive board. In addition, as a project portfolio manager, you are the first consultant to the customer and, together with the team, develop convincing solutions in the areas of digital marketing, CX and CRM with a focus on data-driven marketing (DDM) / marketing automation.
