About me
Harrison possesses a wealth of expertise in managing outcomes and impact for both public and commercial development initiatives in East Africa. He is passionate about inclusive, sustainable development initiatives that build resilience, foster economic growth and improve communities.
Early in his career journey, he worked as an economist in Kenya's public sector. Later, he developed a passion for private sector development programs, working with major international development agencies to implement livelihood development initiatives using the market systems development approach in the agricultural, finance, TVET and digital sectors.
He has supported market system development programs, including impact investment initiatives funded by various development organizations, including development financial institutions, to implement impact/ESG and MRM management systems,
He is currently the monitoring and results measurement manager for the Commercial Agriculture for Smallholders and Agribusiness (CASA), which seeks to demonstrate the business case for investment in inclusive climate-resilient smallholder/agribusiness models.
