James is the programme Director - Aquaculture, at Gatsby Africa. Having worked in the aquaculture programme for the past 6 years, James has immense experience implementing interventions that have contributed to the growth of the sector from a fledgling sector in 2018 to the vibrant sector that it is today. He has amassed invaluable knowledge on market systems development in a programme that drives sectoral wide transformation - working with both the private sector and public sector players. Prior to joining Gatsby Africa, James was a management consultant. He has track record spanning 10 years solving complex business problems. He led the strategy, restructuring and recovery of three large businesses in Africa.
