Donna is an independent evaluation consultant and part-time research fellow at the University of Melbourne. She is interested in the evaluation of, and for, systems change, and the intersection of impact and finance. Donna works with government, businesses and not-for-profit organisations leading impact strategy development, the design and implementation of evaluations, and embedding evaluative thinking in management systems and processes to strengthen learning and decision-making. Her work crosses several themes covering inclusive and resilient, and sustainable economic development, market systems development, enterprise development, impact investment and sustainable finance.
