Naomi Ndele leads the SME and Agribusiness function within the KCB Bank, Kenya. She has more than twenty years progressive experience in consumer banking, premium banking and business banking, sales and marketing, customer excellence and results-based management. She is a recognized expert in driving sustainable growth in the field of SME Banking, Agribusiness and Women’s Market program which she has led with remarkable results. She is very passionate about financial inclusion for the unbanked and underbanked and champions the delivery of consistent, seamless, and trusted customer propositions. Naomi has held numerous leadership and technical roles within the banking and hospitality sector that further complement her leadership, strategy formulation and execution, partnership and collaboration skills. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration.
