Muamer Nikšić is the Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Manager for the RECONOMY programme - an inclusive and green economic development programme of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), implemented by Helvetas in the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership countries. In this role, Muamer is responsible for designing and managing robust MRM systems in accordance with the DCED Standard for Results Measurement, as well as leading capacity-building initiatives for programme staff. With over 10 years of experience in MRM, Muamer has served in various capacities, including MRM Manager for several MSD projects and as Regional Advisor for MRM at Helvetas Eastern Europe. His diverse background includes work on development projects across sectors such as education, social inclusion, and economic development.
