I work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I am co-ordinator of PADEO: the Programmatic Approach to Develop Economic Opportunities. This is an systems approach to address local demands of private sector actors. On the basis of root cause analysis we identify joint leverage points, look at Dutch added value and ask ask our implementing partners to co-ordinate strategic interventions.
