Ryan currently works on the USAID Feed the Future Market Systems & Partnerships Activity as a Senior MSD Advisor. Prior, he was Senior Manager for Knowledge Sharing at Gatsby Africa, where he worked to ensure Gatsby had strategic partnerships in place to enhance its mission of sector transformation in key industries across East Africa. Before that, he was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Pollen Group, a management consulting firm based out of Kampala, Uganda working to help development projects achieve their systemic change objectives. He has been working on market systems programmes for 13+ years with project experience in Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, DRC and Sierra Leone.
