Peggy has worked for the last 10 years working as a social entrepreneur and consultant in Kenya and East Africa. She’s committed to expanding employment and education opportunities in Africa. She serves at Gatsby Africa where she leads the team focused on identifying sectors of the future. Prior to Gatsby Africa, Peggy was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group where she helped develop go-to-market strategies and design innovative programs across industries including food systems, critical minerals, and financial services. Peggy founded PACEMaker International, a non-profit organization working with 100+ schools in Kenya and Malawi. Peggy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Harvard University.
