About me
Sara Casadevall Bellés is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Development, where she focuses on the effectiveness of development agencies and the future of official development assistance (ODA). Her current research examines how bilateral development agencies should adapt their institutional practices and organizational models to be effective and resilient in a changing development landscape. She has also co-published work on bow to improve DAC and non-DAC cooperation.
Prior to CGD, Sara worked at Results for Development on scaling innovations in health and education, and at the OECD’s Development Co-operation Directorate and the office of the DAC Chair.
Sara holds master’s degrees in Development Studies and Economics from the London School of Economics and in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris. She completed her BA at Sciences Po Paris and the University of British Columbia.
