Camilla Otto is Director of Donor Partnerships at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), responsible for building and managing strategic and operational relations with the Bank’s 50+ donor partners, including mobilising new donor resources and managing a donor portfolio of some EUR 6 bn. Prior to joining the EBRD, Camilla worked at the UK Department for International Development (DFID) as Deputy Head of its European Union Department and set up DFID's first Aid for Trade team. Her career has also included working for the European Commission (DG DEVCO) in Brussels and the United Nations Development Programme and UNIFEM in New York and UNESCO in Paris. Camilla holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, with degrees in French from the Sorbonne University Paris, and international development aid from Uppsala University, Sweden.
