Mr. Armen Zargaryan is the Programme Coordinator for the Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the International Trade Centre (ITC), with over 30 years of experience in international development, trade promotion, and programme implementation. He has led multi-sectoral initiatives in diverse contexts, focusing on effective technical assistance and sustainable development results. His prior roles include Head of the Representative Office of a private foundation in Armenia, overseeing operations worth USD 160 million, and Operations Officer at UNICEF (1994–2000). He has also founded and managed private sector companies in construction and trade. Mr. Zargaryan holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a diploma in engineering and construction. His cross-sectoral background supports inclusive economic growth and regional cooperation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
