BIM in structural design | Selected use cases for practice
Information
BIM is being used more and more in practice, either because it is required by the client or because it promises enormous productivity benefits through the use of BIM use cases (AwF). The lecture by Prof. Dr.-Ing. MSc Michael Eisfeld (FH Bielefeld) provides an introduction to the changed model-based working method by explaining practical use cases for the field of structural engineering using an example and giving tips on their implementation for planners who are not yet familiar with the BIM methodology. The engineer will focus on use cases for ‘Little BIM’.
