AML Package and upcoming RTS

The AML Package brought clarity and harmonisation but also raised some uncertainty among investment fund industry professionals. ALFI is analysing the implications of this new framework and is already working to ensure the industry’s voice is heard at EU level, in particular in view of the upcoming Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS).
