Alberto Marandola is currently Associate Partner in the Wealth & Asset Management division at Prometeia, in Luxembourg. He has two decades of international experience in Management and IT Consulting across Financial Services. He held leadership roles in big organizations and digital transformation programmes in Italy, UK, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Specialising in End-to-End transformations, Business Agility and more broadly Project/Programme/Portfolio Mgmt., he fosters business led initiatives, that usually starts from strategy and consequently connects the dots between the organization’s improvement needs, the market trends, and the end-customers experience, to design impactful implementation roadmaps, from formalization and business case composition to its execution. He holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
